Seven Ways To Eat More Bacon

Seven Ways To Eat More Bacon

Bacon is the manliest of men’s foods — and manly eaters never give up an excuse to include bacon within every possible meal and snack. In order to assist you in this endeavor, HardyMag has compiled seven additional ways which can serve to facilitate your hunger for bacon.

1. Bacon Lollipops
Having a rare urge for a lollipop? Well, make it a bacon lollipop. A Maple-Bacon Lollipop to be precise. These lollipops are akin to a tootsie pop — except the center is comprised of small chunks of bacon which is surrounded by a maple flavored shell. These piggy pops can be bought at Lollyphile.com.

2. Bacon Vodka
Who says you can’t get your bacon fix while out drinking? Some like their martinis dry, others like theirs dirty — you can be unique and order yours porky. Major vodka makers have yet to recognize a market for this manly spirit, so you’ll have to create it yourself. Fortunately, following the steps outlined in this tutorial is quite easy:

Just the name of this dish could trigger a heart attack. However, if you gotta go, then it might as well be at the hands of a culprit as delicious as chicken fried bacon. If you desire to try out this dish, then you’ll have to head to Sodolak’s Original Country Inn located in Snook, Texas. However, if you want to try to make it at home, these Texas dudes will show you how:

    6. Eggs & Bacon Ice Cream
This concoction puts a bacony spin on ice cream. Unfortunately, the only location known to serve this delicacy is the famed Fat Duck restaurant in London. 7. Fool’s Gold Loaf
Upon first glance, only a fool would want to eat this strange concoction. However, once you try it you’ll quickly realize what all the fuss is about. This sandwich ( an Elvis favorite) was devised by the famed, and now defunct,  5-Star Colorado Gold Mine Company restaurant in Denver.

To create this sandwich, cut lengthwise then butter and toast an entire loaf of Italian bread. Next, hollow it out and cram it full of peanut butter and grape jelly (about 1 jar each), along with a full pound of crispy fried bacon. Yes, Elvis is certainly jealous.
